SS18 FW18
Inspired by high fashion and product art direction SS18 and FW18 are two highly stylized, hard-cover print lookbooks. Each book stands alone to tell its story, but weaves into the next season when read in tandem. SS18 and FW18 explore cyclical thoughts of independence and connectivity through color stories by pairing organic objects with intangible concepts.
SPRING SUMMER is a call for growth, focusing on themes of independence and awakening (attention to mindfulness). Centered on rebirth each photo is shot with a tone of independence. Soft color palette to be complimented by natural light. In color, composition, and content, SS18 highlights purity.
FALL WINTER is focused on connectivity and centered on the intimacy and interactions of people, objects, and ideas. Saturated colors, shot with grit. Lighting is dull but bold through palette and contrast. Overall feel and appearance is stark, focused on the physical connection between objects.
